You can safely enjoy multiple servings throughout the day. However, consuming more than 15 pieces may exceed the established upper limit for Zinc (40 mg/day for adults), which could lead to unwanted side effects. While Zinc is essential, more isn't always better. So enjoy mindfully.

We strive for 1-2 business-day order fulfillment, and once your package is shipped out, it generally takes about 2-6 business days to reach US destinations. We ship from the west coast so it will generally take longer to arrive to orders the further east you are.

Shipping is free for all U.S. subscription orders or orders over $40. If you’re experiencing any problems with your shipment, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help!

We send packages with USPS, who is responsible for delivering your package, and all we at 1 Shot can do is rely on the tracking! It is rare for USPS to make a delivery issue, but mistakes and other issues can happen!

Steps to take if you haven't received your package but tracking shows delivered:

1. Please check everywhere that a package could possibly be delivered.
2. Check with other household/family members and neighbors.
3. Check mailboxes and lockers.
4. If you can still not locate your package. Please call your local post office with your tracking number. They typically have GPS coordinates on delivery scan and can locate the precise delivery location. Making sure to locate your package.
5. If after this you can still not receive your package or believe it was stolen, please contact us and we can start the process to file a shipping claim with USPS. Once the claim has processed, we can make sure we refund or resend your product.

Orders can be canceled before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, please submit a return request instead.

We accept returns for unopened products in original sealed packaging. When you're ready to return an item, contact our support team via website chat or email support@1shotenergy.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the items.
