1 Shot® Focus Chews are best enjoyed in the recommended serving of two pieces. Each serving delivers 100% of your daily value of vitamins B6, B12, C, D, and E, 50% of your daily recommended Zinc intake, and the amino acid Tyrosine.

You can safely enjoy multiple servings throughout the day. However, consuming more than 15 pieces may exceed the established upper limit for Zinc (40 mg/day for adults), which could lead to unwanted side effects. While Zinc is essential, more isn't always better. So enjoy mindfully.

Both our Energy and Focus Chews are low in sugar, plant-based, and made without artificial sweeteners, sugar alcohols, or fillers.

• Energy Chews contain less than 4g of sugar per piece

To create that chewy, taffy-like texture, we use a small amount of natural sugar syrups like organic brown rice syrup (which are essential to the candy-making process). We then sweeten them naturally with Monk Fruit to keep sugar low while still delivering a sweet, satisfying bite.

Because we don't use artificial stabilizers or texture agents, some batches may develop a natural "graining" over time — where the chew feels slightly softer and less 'stretchy'.

It doesn’t affect the taste, quality, or effectiveness of the product and some customers actually prefer it! We're continuously improving our formula for better consistency, but a little variation is totally normal.

We strive for 1-2 business-day order fulfillment, and once your package is shipped out, it generally takes about 2-6 business days to reach US destinations.

We send packages with USPS, who is responsible for delivering your package, and all we at 1 Shot can do is rely on the tracking! It is rare for USPS to make a delivery issue, but mistakes and other issues can happen!

Steps to take if you haven't received your package but tracking shows delivered:

1. Please check everywhere that a package could possibly be delivered.
2. Check with other household/family members and neighbors.
3. Check mailboxes and lockers.
4. If you can still not locate your package. Please call your local post office with your tracking number. They have GPS coordinates on every delivery scan and can locate the precise delivery location. Making sure to locate your package.
5. If after this you can still not receive your package or believe it was stolen, please contact us and we can start the process to file a shipping claim with USPS. Once the claim has processed, we can make sure we refund or resend your product.

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been fulfilled! If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return.

Returns are accepted for unopened products. If the bag is sealed or the boxes are wrapped in their original shrink wrap, we are happy to accept a return! Please reach out and we will send you a return label and process the refund once we receive the items back!
