We want you to love 1 Shot®, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items in new condition and original packaging. Focus Chew and Voice Drop pouches must be unopened. We can accept energy chew boxes, but only sleeves that have been unopened.
Opened product cannot be returned or refunded due to the consumable nature of our items. If the product is opened and you are no satisfied, please reach out and we can send you another flavor and/or make it right!
To start a return, contact us through the chat bubble on our website or email us at support@1shotenergy.com. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
🔁 Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, it’ll be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to post the refund.
