L-Citrulline...What Does it do?
You may have seen it on energy product labels, but you probably don't know what it does. We'll, first off it's an amino acid that is naturally made in the body. It is also very prevalent in Watermelon!
When ingested the body turns L-Citrulline into L-Arginine, another amino acid. This amino acid converts into Nitric Oxide which helps the body build protein. In turn, this gives L-Citrulline multiple potential benefits from heart health and improved muscle building to better blood flow and wound repair.
In terms of gaming performance, we added L-Citrulline to help improve blood flow which in turn helps improve focus and cognitive function.
So how much L-Citrulline is healthy to take?
